This hotel was great and comfortable with a nice interior. The great staff truly made me feel welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed the room in floors, my bed was quiet. Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Chicopee.

The total stay was fairly nice for one night. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was very healthy. We needed Hearing Access room with shower and the refrigerator, as example and it was available. The hotel was in a central setting in lounging area.

I had a neat and accommodating room with central heating, TV set, and a seating area. It had a bathtub in the spacious bathroom.

The location was particularly good and convenient, within walking distance to Shoprite Shopping Center. The hotel is in a comfortable area close to everything - food shopping and the highway.

The hotel is set in a marvellous location close enough to common areas with fun, stores and restaurants and highway and restaurants and local attractions. Also, it's 5 minutes by car from Edward Bellamy House. The venue offers a lot of food that was great.

I stayed 5 nights and will be back when visiting the United States of America. I really enjoyed Chicopee. - the hotel was modern in the lounging area. - the venue's staff were very welcoming all the time. - the breakfast was very healthy. - I had a nice stay overall.

Needs to be remodeled badly......When I stay more than a day, I don't ask to have my room cleaned, only want clean towels. After being gone all day we returned at night to find no towels. I went to the main desk to ask for towels to be told very nasty "I have a note here that says you didn't want your room done!' I told the Lady that was true but wanted towels. She then said " Do you have your dirty towels with you?" Gave me a garbage bag & told me to bring dirty towels back to the front desk and be sure I tell her exactly what I have in the garbage bag!!!! So I go to the room get the towels return to desk to resite what is in my garbage bag then return to my room with clean towels!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN....I thought they would be happy they didn't have to clean the room......this was the second Days Innn we stayed in where they need to remodel can't see out windows they are so old...rusty bathroom fixtures... NO MORE DAYSINNS for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
